The idea of the school was perceived sometime around the year 2020 as part of reflections on the need to engage the youth in the mainstream Islamic teachings and propagation generally and to revive the glory of Biu Emirate in Islamic perspectives.

There are two quite distinct sections - one for boys and the other for girls. Each Section has its distinct Head with full complement of teachers, rules and regulations as well as other itinerary.

There will be very little liaison between the two units although they use the same buildings and some facilities. This Centre is intended to fill an ailing gap of Islamis Studies, scholarship propagation, especially in catchment areas.
